We are the organic farm Marima from Trebeše, in the heart of Slovenian Istria. We cultivate 3 hectares of orchards with different kinds of fruit (persimmons, figs, pears, plums, apricots), 1 hectare of olive groves and a vineyard with table grapes. In the production of our products we carefully follow the principles of organic farming, without the use of sprays and artificial fertilizers, trying to produce fruits of the highest quality with the help of nature. Since our fruits are the result of nature and our work, each year is a little different from the last, but always of the highest quality.

Most of the fruit is dried in a biological drying oven made of wood. Since we want to preserve the gifts of nature in our fruits as much as possible, we use very gentle drying methods (drying at low temperature).

As we are aware of the preciousness of the food we produce, we carry out all the production steps in the drying room and in the packaging room by hand, as this is the only way we can guarantee the desired quality. Our main products are dried figs, dried persimmons, dried plums, dried pears, dried apricots and extra virgin olive oil, table grapes and raisins.

Throughout the year we offer interested visitors a tour of our farm and our organic fruit drying room with tasting of extra virgin olive oil and dried fruit. The tour is basically a circular route around the village Trebeše (30 minutes walk), where you can see the highest waterfall in Istria (Stranice waterfall) and the olive grove.
