Your tasting experience will begin with a visit to our olive groves, nestled in the beautiful natural landscape of this unspoiled Istrian region.

Did you know that the “Real Olive Oil Factory” is only the small fruit of the “Olive Tree”. We will show you the care required to obtain the best fruit in a modern production system that uses the latest non-invasive technology and the experience of many generations focused on sustainability and protection of this precious environment. You will learn about the different varieties of olives, their tenderness, life cycle, harvesting, processing and many interesting topics unknown to many.

Admire the beautiful landscape of ancient groves with mountains and hills in the small village of Marezige. Olive trees have been here for centuries! Learn why they are an important part of the Istrian/Coastal heritage and culture of Slovenia, where the best olive oil is produced. This is a great place to photograph the landscape, for relaxation and of course you get to know the uniqueness of tasting the perfection of this olive oil, oil spreads and pickled olives. We accept groups of minimum 2 and maximum 12 people. The whole tour lasts about 1 hour.
