Where the Šavrin hills slope down into the valley and approach the sea, our farmhouse stands among vineyards, olive groves and cherry trees. This is the third generation of our family that has been involved in viticulture and winemaking, and our children will continue this tradition.
In the 1980s, when the custom of osmice was brought out of oblivion, we were among the first to open our home to the public, inviting them into the then modest canteen. Since then, encouraged by the growing number of visitors – lovers of authentic homemade drops and dishes – we have worked to improve our offer. Today we can welcome and pamper you in the pleasant Istrian environment with an open fireplace and on warmer days on the beautifully furnished terrace. Our osmica restaurant offers traditional Istrian dishes accompanied by golden Malvasia and fragrant Refošk from our own cellar. Our wine is made according to the classic method with care and love. The dishes we prepare are simple dishes that have been cooked by our mothers and nuns. Despite their simplicity, these dishes always surprise us with their originality and deliciousness.
